Nomination Process and Eligibility Criteria
The 2025 Global Fleet Team of the Year Award is now open for nominations. Polestar and Automotive Fleet are seeking outstanding commercial fleet teams that exemplify the highest standards in international fleet management. To be eligible, the nominated team must consist of full-time fleet managers or teams managing multi-national, company-owned or leased vehicle fleets.

- Commercial (non-public) fleets.
The award recognizes exceptional business acumen in developing and executing management strategies with a measurable global impact. A maximum of two nominations per company is allowed.

The 2025 Fleet Forward Conference will take place on October 21-23, 2025, in San Diego, California. The conference will provide a platform for fleet professionals to share best practices, network, and learn from industry experts. The winner of the 2025 Global Fleet Team of the Year Award will be announced live during the conference, recognizing the outstanding achievements of a commercial fleet team that has set the global standard for excellence in fleet management.
